Happy Independence Day! It was a privilege for me to celebrate the 4th of July with the people of Oceanside in this year's parade and by welcoming all of the new American citizens who took the Oath of Naturalization aboard the USS Midway earlier this week. 

It was inspiring to see so much love for our great nation and the freedoms so many have given their lives to protect.

A Salute To Freedom

This weekend, I had the chance to march in the Independence Day parade in Oceanside. Thanks to all who came to celebrate!

House Action Paves Way To Clean Up San Onofre

After years of hard fought battles, the House advanced legislation paving the way for nuclear waste from San Onofre to be moved out of our community.
