WASHINGTON. D.C. – Today, Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-49) announced Sarah Nicita, a sophomore at Francis Parker School, as the winner of the 2013 Congressional Art Competition. “Since my first term in Congress, my office has participated in the Congressional Art Competition to foster talent and creativity in high schools throughout the community,” said Rep. Issa.  “The winning artists from each Congressional District will have their artwork on display in the U.S. Capitol to be seen by thousands of visitors each day.  The year-long display is a reminder of the enthusiasm and creative ability of high school students across the country.”
