ICYMI – Congressman Issa Votes to Cut Wasteful Washington Spending
June 12, 2025
WASHINGTON, D.C.— This week, Congressman Issa voted in favor of H.R.4, the Recissions Act of 2025 which codifies more than $9 Billion in DOGE cuts.
“This key package targets unmistakable waste, fraud, and abuse in Washington, including foreign assistance spending at the State Department, USAID, and NPR,” said Rep. Issa. “Congress is taking action to deliver on President Trump’s mandate to restore efficiency and accountability to the federal government and a return fiscal sanity to the nation.”
