Royce Williams (Ret.) to be eligible to receive the Congressional Medal of Honor. WASHINGTON, D.C.— This week, Congressman Issa received a Resolution of Appreciation from the North County Fire Protection District (NCFPD) for his leadership in achieving a $7 million grant – the largest in NCFPD history.
Funding will support construction of a new 9,000 square foot modern fire station in Fallbrook, providing state-of-the-art facilities to the surrounding community and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
