Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48) recently joined The Evening Editto discuss Charlie Kirk’s legacy with Turning Point USA and tireless conservative activism, prior to his tragic assassination last week. 

Rep. Issa also stressed the importance of bipartisan dialogue and Congressional collaboration on FBI investigations into left-wing extremist groups. 

ALPINE, CA– Congressman Darrell Issa’s Office recently congratulated Alpine’s newest pizza shop, Pizzabilities, an establishment dedicated to employing individuals of all abilities. 

Pizzabilities is inspired by Grace Baker, an adult with down syndrome, whose love for pizza and desire to find meaningful employment after high school fused together to form the idea of Pizzabilities. Her family owns the shop and provides a setting “for individuals with disabilities to find meaningful work, a sense of purpose, and a place to belong”.

On June 27, the Supreme Court handed President Donald Trump what he hailed as a “GIANT WIN,” finding that lower courts had “likely” overstepped in ordering universal injunctions blocking many of the president’s policies.

While the Court’s 6-3 opinion in Trump v. CASA appeared to disarm Trump’s opponents of perhaps their most potent legal weapon, his adversaries had other ideas.
