Staff of Congressman Issa recently visited Michelle's Place of Temecula to present a certificate of appreciation for the organization's work in providing resources for families dealing with cancer.  Serving Riverside, North County San Diego and San Bernardino County as a 501(c)3 since 2001, they have provided support services to more than 10,000 community members facing cancer. 

Congressman Issa recently visited Ramona to tour environmental challenges facing the community. He also gathered with community leaders, small-business owners, growers, and residents to listen to the challenges they need Congressional action on this year.  Issa provided an update on legislative priorities and Committee action to date.

Congressman Issa recently visited Temecula community members to provide an update on Congressional priorities in 2023 and to hear Southwest Riverside community needs from residents, business owners, parents, and community leaders.

ICYMI - Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48) recently toured the facility of Warfighter Made, a non-profit organization in Temecula, California that adapts off-roading vehicles for veterans with disabilities. These vehicles and the process used to adapt provide recreational therapy to ill, injured, and combat-afflicted veterans, service members, and their families.

Congressman Darrell Issa recently attended the Gold Star Family Monument dedication ceremony at the Riverside National Cemetery.

A Gold Star Family is an immediate family member of a service member who dies while serving in a time of conflict. 

Staff of Congressman Issa presented certificates to Army Sgt. Joshua Hooker and Marine Sgt. Kaleb Weakley at the Homes For Our Troops key ceremony in Ramona.  Homes For Our Troops helps provide adaptive residences for injured post 9-11 veterans.

Homes For Our Troops and the Ramona region have provided a special new start for these servicemembers.
