ARLINGTON – On the third anniversary of the Abbey Gate bombing in Afghanistan that claimed the lives of 13 American servicemembers, Congressman Darell Issa (CA-48) participated in wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery at the invitation of the Gold Star families of the fallen. Washington – The U.S. Embassy in Beirut has issued a Security Alert for Americans currently in Lebanon who wish to depart the country. On Thursday, July 31, the embassy also raised the Travel Advisory for Lebanon to “Level 4: Do Not Travel” (the highest warning level) for the entire country.
