WASHINGTON –The No Censors on Our Shores Act, sponsored by Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48) and Congresswoman Maria Salazar (FL-27), was passed out of the House Judiciary Committee by a vote of 16-9. 

The bill specifies that official acts by a foreign government official against American citizens while they are in the U.S. – that would violate their First Amendment rights had it occurred in this country – can be refused entry into the United States or deported once here.

Ramona – On August 24, Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48) joined a community-wide celebration like no other: the Ramona Rodeo. This annual gathering is a celebration of the city’s indomitable Western heritage and the unique character of rodeo.

ARLINGTON – On the third anniversary of the Abbey Gate bombing in Afghanistan that claimed the lives of 13 American servicemembers, Congressman Darell Issa (CA-48) participated in wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery at the invitation of the Gold Star families of the fallen.
